Job Overview:

We are seeking a Software Product Consultant who can confidently manage meetings with international clients and Business Development Managers (BDMs).

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of software products and the ability to clearly explain and demonstrate product features in a professional and engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in discovery and strategy calls with BDMs and clients across international markets
  • Clearly explain the software product, its features, and benefits.
  • Deliver live product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Address product-related queries in a professional manner.
  • Serve as a bridge between the product team and clients by relaying feedback and insights.
  • Maintain a professional tone and presentation during all interactions.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of software products (training will be provided).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Prior experience in client-facing or product presentation roles.
  • Comfortable using video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).
  • Organized, responsive, and able to manage time independently.
  • Female candidates preferred for this client-facing role.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in SaaS, tech consulting, or software onboarding.
  • Ability to work across time zones and engage with international clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM or presentation tools is a plus.
