Minutes are counted from the moment your agent connects until the call ends, rounded up to the nearest minute. Included minutes are used first and any overage is billed at A$0.20 to A$0.22 per minute based on your plan.
No. You are only charged once a live conversation begins. Calls that fail to connect, ring out or are rejected before the agent answers are not counted against your minutes.
Batch campaigns allow you to send automated outbound calls to a list of contacts. Each plan has limits on the number of campaigns and contacts per campaign. Growth supports 20 campaigns with 500 contacts each.
Concurrent calls refer to the number of AI voice calls that can happen simultaneously. For example, the Growth plan supports 10 calls at the same time, perfect for handling peak business hours.
