Twilio Setup: We use Twilio to set up an Australian number, enabling seamless calls through our platform

Step 1: Log in to Twilio

Open your Twilio account dashboard using your login credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to Subaccounts

In the dashboard, use the search bar at the top and type “Subaccounts.”
Select the option to Create Subaccount

Step 3: Create a Subaccount

Assign a friendly name to the subaccount (e.g., “Callease AI Core System”).
Click Create Subaccount.
Your new subaccount will now appear in the list of subaccounts

Step 4: Purchase a Number

Go to the Buy a Number section under the subaccount.
Select your country (e.g., Australia) and the type of number you need (mobile or voice).
Click Search, and pick a number from the available options.

Step 5: Assign End-User Details

When prompted:

Choose Individual as the end-user type.
Confirm your selection to proceed.

Step 6: Set Up Regulatory Bundle

Create a Regulatory Bundle for compliance.
Assign the new bundle to the purchased number by selecting the subaccount you just created.

Step 6: Share Subaccount SID

Once the subaccount is set up, locate its SID (a unique identifier) in the subaccount list.
Share this SID with your team or required integration partners for further configuration.

Log in to your Cal.com account.
Navigate to Settings > Security.
In the API Keys section, click on Generate New Key.
Provide a descriptive name for the key.
After generating the key, ensure you copy it immediately, as it
may not be visible later and share that with us.

Step 2: Generate & Share your API key
