21. Payments
We offer two subscription models for using our Service: Monthly and Annual.
- Monthly Subscription:
- Clients will be charged upfront for both setup fees and the monthly subscription fee.
- The total charges will be debited before the beginning of each month.
- Subscriptions are non-refundable, and no fees will be returned once charged.
- Annual Subscription:
- Setup fees will be charged only if setup services are availed by the client.
- Like the monthly subscription, the annual subscription is non-refundable.
We do not store any payment details. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable government regulations or tax rules regarding payments.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the start of each billing cycle, and the payment will be deducted accordingly to ensure uninterrupted service. If you wish to cancel, you must do so manually through your account.
