This document governs your use of our website at www.callease.ai and our software platform (collectively, “Service”). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to comply with these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our Service.
2. Communications
By creating an Account on our Service, you consent to receive newsletters, marketing materials, and other promotional content from us. If you wish to opt out, you may do so at any time by following the unsubscribe link in the emails or contacting us at [email protected].
3. AI Limitations and Data Accuracy
Our AI system strives to deliver reliable and accurate information; however, due to the inherent limitations in training data and the AI’s design, it may sometimes provide inaccurate or outdated information. You acknowledge that information generated by our AI may not always be accurate or applicable to your specific circumstances. We advise that you verify the accuracy of any AI-provided information independently. Callease.ai is not responsible for any actions or consequences that may arise from reliance on AI-generated content.
4. Purchases
If you wish to make a purchase through our Service, you may be required to provide specific information relevant to your purchase, including but not limited to your billing information, payment details, and shipping address. By submitting such information, you confirm that you have the legal right to use the provided payment method and that the information you provide is accurate.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if we suspect fraud, unauthorised transactions, or other legal violations. Additionally, third-party services may handle payments, and by using these services, you agree to their respective privacy policies.
5. Promotions and Offers
Any contests, sweepstakes, or promotional offers made available via our Service are governed by specific rules and conditions that may differ from these Terms. If you participate in any promotion, please review the relevant rules. In case of a conflict between the promotional rules and these Terms, the promotion-specific rules will take precedence.
6. Subscriptions
Certain features of our Service may be provided on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed periodically in advance for the Subscription, either monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan.
Your Subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel. A valid payment method is required for all Subscription payments. In case automatic billing fails, we will issue an invoice requiring manual payment.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the start of each billing cycle, and the payment will be deducted accordingly to ensure uninterrupted service. If you wish to cancel, you must do so manually through your account.
To cancel your subscription, go to Billing → Billing Portal → Cancel Subscription.
7. Subscription Fees and Change
Callease.ai reserves the right to modify Subscription fees at any time. You will receive prior notice of any fee changes, and these changes will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. By continuing to use the Service after the fee adjustment, you agree to the new Subscription fee.
8. Refunds
We offer a non-refundable subscription policy. All subscription fees, once paid, are final. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation will apply at the end of the current billing period. For annual plans, if you cancel mid-term, you will not receive a prorated refund. Our setup fees are also non-refundable.
9. Content Ownership and Usage
Our Service allows you to post, share, and make available content such as text, graphics, and other materials (“Content”). You are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of the Content you post. By posting, you confirm that you have the right to use the Content and that it does not infringe on third-party rights.
You retain ownership of your Content, but by posting on our Service, you grant us a license to use, display, modify, and distribute your Content. You also acknowledge that we are not responsible for any liability arising from Content posted by users.
Callease.ai reserves the right to monitor and remove inappropriate or infringing Content at our discretion.
10. Age Restriction and Advisory
The services offered by Callease.ai are designed for individuals aged 18 and above. By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use our Service. Callease.ai does not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a person under 18, we will take immediate steps to delete such data. If you believe that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [email protected].
11. Accounts
When creating an account on Callease.ai, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so may result in the termination of your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for any actions taken under your account.
You agree to immediately notify Callease.ai of any unauthorised use or breach of your account. You may not use a username that is offensive, misleading, or infringes on any third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these terms.
Either party may terminate this Agreement with thirty (30) days written notice.
Providers may suspend or terminate the Service immediately if the Client violates any law or regulation, including DNC and Anti-Spam Acts.
12. Ownership of Content and Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software available on the Service, is the intellectual property of Callease.ai or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of our Service without prior written consent from Callease.ai.
You retain ownership of the content that you create using the Service. By posting or uploading content to the Service, you grant Callease.ai a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing the Service.
13. Copyright Policy
Callease.ai respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content on our Service infringes your copyright, please notify us at [email protected] with the subject line “Copyright Infringement”. Your notification should include:
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
- The location on the Service where the allegedly infringing material is located;
- Your contact information;
- A statement of good faith belief that the use of the material is unauthorised;

You agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk, and we disclaim any liability for errors or interruptions in Service.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Callease.ai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. In any case, Callease.ai’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.
18. Account Termination
Callease.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately, and all provisions of the Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in effect.
19. Limitation of Liability for Misuse
Callease AI and Kotech Solutions Pty Ltd are not responsible for any misuse of the platform, including but not limited to scamming, phishing, vishing, or any other unlawful or unethical activities conducted by clients or third parties. Clients are solely accountable for ensuring the technology is used in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
20. Disclaimer on AI Accuracy
While our AI calling assistant is designed to handle conversations intelligently and dynamically, it may occasionally misunderstand, misinterpret, or respond inaccurately due to the nature of AI technology. Callease AI is not liable for any errors, miscommunications, or unintended outcomes resulting from bot behavior during calls.
21. Call Scheduling Responsibility
Callease AI enables clients to schedule and initiate outbound calls through the platform. However, it is solely the client’s responsibility to ensure that calls are configured with appropriate timing, including time zones, working hours, and pause intervals. Callease will not be held responsible for any calls made during inappropriate hours (e.g., nighttime, early morning, or outside of recipient availability), regardless of the calling method used.
