Job Description

We are looking for a MERN Developer passionate about full-stack development with a strong foundation in logical reasoning and problem-solving. This role demands someone who can quickly grasp concepts, build scalable solutions, and contribute to real-world projects with minimal supervision. You will work alongside experienced developers to design, develop, and optimize cutting-edge applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Development:

  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs.
  • Develop responsive frontend interfaces with React.js and Next.js

Logical Problem Solving:

  • Approach technical challenges systematically, providing innovative yet practical solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that demonstrates strong logical thinking.

Collaboration & Adaptability:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.
  • Adapt to feedback, new technologies, and evolving project needs without hesitation.

Debugging & Optimization:

  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs in the system.
  • Continuously optimize code for speed, scalability, and reliability.

Documentation & Testing:

  • Write thorough documentation for developed features and APIs.
  • Implement and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and functionality.

Requirements (Must-Have):

Logical Aptitude:

  • Proven ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently.
  • Logical reasoning tests may be part of the selection process.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
  • Proficiency in building REST APIs and working with databases like MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with frontend development concepts such as state management, component-based architecture, and responsive design.
  • Proficiency with WebSocket and WebStream technologies.
  • Experience with Twilio integration for messaging and communication services.
  • Experience with Next.js for server-side rendering and static site generation.

Quick Learning Ability:

  • Ability to pick up new tools, frameworks, and concepts with minimal guidance.
  • A proactive approach to understanding and resolving challenges.

Code Discipline:

  • Knowledge of code versioning tools like Git.
  • Adherence to best coding practices, including proper commenting and error handling.

Others:

  • A growth-oriented mindset with the ability to handle constructive feedback.
  • Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively.

Nice-to-Have Skills (Bonus):

  • Understanding of microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Basic UI/UX design skills.
  • Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Mocha.
